4 riders fly for the victory in the CEIYJ 2* 120km ::: 27.08.2016

PISA - Unforgettable show, the scene went to the San Rossore Racecourse for the first day of rides at the third Round of Toscana Endurance Lifestyle 2016. To offer it, giving true emotions to the audience that has followed a sprint overwhelming to say the least, were four young amazons at the end of the 120 kilometers ride reserved for junior and young riders that occurred lined in front of the finish line. To win was Valentina Galli, who was with its English thoroughbred Duvina and preceded Costanza Laliscia with Cold Ayre and the Polish Maria Landau of Orsini. The heads-up, however, was fatal to Sara De Re, who with Light Life had crossed the finish line as second, but then she had to give elimination for lameness, decreed by the veterinary commission. Elimination, which according to the endurance rules that pay particular attention to the health and welfare of the horse - finished to earn a position both to Laliscia and to Landau.
The sprint of CEIYJ2 * was the culmination of very
balanced match, in which five amazons (in the leading group there was also
Giulia Maraghini with Alicante, eliminated then in the final inspection) took
turns in the lead from the start to finish in an effort and hope, at the same
time, to “earn points” against the opponents. Nobody surrended, even retaining
the energy to make the final sprint with the resources yet to be spent. The
proof is the fact that, compared with an average speed of the winner as 17.382
km / h , the leading group covered the last loop of 20 kilometers long with all
the average speeds above 19 km / h.
In the other scheduled ride, dedicated to senior on
the distance of 120 km, Andrea Molteni won with Outsider de Sedini, before
Riccardo Rusconi riding the Zambezi Bosana.

Best condition awards were gone to Outsider de Sedini in the CEI2* and to Cold Ayre in the CEIYJ2*

Now the attention goes to tomorrow, always at the San Rossore Racecourse where other five rides will be held: the international CEI1* 81 km and the regional rides on 81 km, 59 km, 40 m and 28 km).
