PISA - The fourth edition of Toscana Endurance Lifestyle, scheduled from 24 to 27 July in San Rossore, will not only be one of the most prestigious events on the international calendar but also an event capable of enhancing the beauty of nature and respecting the places that they host it. This is the goal which we are working on to guarantee the best conditions for horses and riders engaged on Thursday 26 July in the FEI Meydan European Endurance Championship for Young Riders & Juniors, the European Under-21 Championship, and on Friday 27 in the highly anticipated rides of the H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Italy Endurance Festival.

"Being in the realm of biodiversity that is the Tenuta di San Rossore - confirms Gianluca Laliscia, chairman of the event - in some ways facilitates our task, but not for this reason we have avoided intervening again on the ride track; we have reduced to three the points where the cars of the assistance teams reach the pairs in the ride so as to reduce emissions, without neglecting the animal welfare and safety standards through the increase of the water points available to the horses. Less car on the path to leave it at the disposal of the pairs, to give riders the thrill of admiring a unique ecosystem in which the English oak, ash, alder and pine trees create places of choice for deer, upupe, nightingales, reds peaks and squirrels".

The rest is destined to make it one of the best tracks in the world, entirely flat, with long grassy sections and others on sand, most of them shaded, refreshed by the breeze that blows from the Tyrrhenian Sea and able to give the participants the vision of panoramas that border up to the mountains of the Apuan Alps. Such a high number of guests will not prevent Tuscany Endurance Lifestyle 2018 from being an event with a very low environmental impact, proving that nature can be lived in the name of respect and defense of its peculiarities.
