All invited to the Opening Ceremony of the FEI Meydan European Endurance Championship YJR! ::: 23.07.2018
A special event for all the participants of the Toscana Endurance Lifestyle, on Tuesday, July 24, which will start the event. You are all invited to the opening ceremony of the FEI Meydan European Endurance Championship YJR, a moment entirely dedicated to Under-21 riders who will compete on Thursday, July 26, on the 120 km ride in San Rossore.
The Opening Ceremony will be an opportunity to know all the faces of the 50 riders of all the European teams, the riders who will become the champions of tomorrow, and give them an evening of sharing and conviviality. The show starts at 7.30 pm with the parade of the teams accompanied by the historical parade of the "Città di Pisa" flag-bearers and musicians, representing the historical image of Pisa wearing sumptuous Renaissance costumes, taken from original paintings by the most famous XV century painters, and is composed of flag-wavers, tambourines, trumpeters and pipers, and integrated with contour characters, re-proposing in a phantasmagorical frame of colors and sounds, the feeling of immersing oneself in a historical image among the most evocative of our beautiful Tuscan land, to make known to all European participants also this characteristic aspect.
After the presentation of the 18 European teams, to enliven the evening of the public of Toscana Endurance Lifestyle 2018 there will be a show with ponies and then a rich buffet with typical Tuscan products to taste the flavors of the territory. An evening not to be missed, to which you are all warmly invited!
