PISA - Preliminary veterinary inspections are been passed without problems by all the horses that will ride tomorrow 26 July - starting at 6 am - in the FEI Meydan European Endurance Championship Young Riders & Juniors, opening event of Toscana Endurance Lifestyle 2018 reserved for the Under 21 riders. The first moment of the European Championship, staged this afternoon, confirmed - according to the assessments of the veterinary commission presided over by Alfredo Greco - the excellent conditions of the subjects in saddle of the 18 registered Nations will face the 120 kilometers of the ride track. It will be Aurora, the goddess of dawn, to kick off the 49 pairs that will try to change the color of the flags, all yellow, who were hoisted on the highest flags two years ago in Portugal when Paula Muntala Sanchez won the individual title, side with the compatriots Laura Fernandez Pina and Bruna Pujols Aumatell, and Spain triumphed. The pairs involved in the individual of this 2018 edition come from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Hungary; in the team competition, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Holland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden will compete.
The program of the first day of competitions will start at 6 o'clock tomorrow morning, when the pairs of the FEI Meydan European Endurance Championship Young Riders & Juniors will start from the straight of the San Rossore racecourse tribunes to face the first of the four phases scheduled. At the end of each one they will return to the international village for the veterinary inspections and they will leave again only in case that the horse does not accuse problems.
